+ *Think about it: if you got someone is good in certain field to contribute but they don't have time to learn how to use Wikipedia User Interface? 想想：如果你有專業志工想貢獻，但他們沒空學習維基操作怎麼辦？
+ *Experience from Taiwan: We have 100 medical students who want to join the International Medical Translation Taskforce, but they are too busy / has no incentive to learn how Wikipedia works.台灣的經驗：我們有很多醫學院的學生或畢業生，想加入國際醫學翻譯，但他們太忙了，無法學習維基的操作
+ *Solution : There are lot os WYSIWYG platform, we can make them focus on translation.解決方法：比維基方便的WYSIWYG協作平臺很多，我們可以讓他們專心在翻譯就好。
+ *STEPS 步驟：
+ *Make all the volunteers to group in a facebook message group (This can be your local social media software)將所有的志工加入facebook對話群組 (或你的地區習慣的即時通訊軟體)
+ *Every week make one volunteer to copy the content that worth to translate collaboratively and paste it on our hackpad page. 每週選出一名輪值的志工，將要翻譯的內容貼到 hackpad*

+ *Discuss issues of translation on FB message group.有問題在FB對話群組裡討論*

+ *To make Contributor Experience good is most important
+ *Even though the community want to have the edit behavior happened on Wikipedia itself. However if we can make the volunteer team to have a nice contibuting experience, there is no bad influence to use other platform, but a good bridge for them to intrigue the interests. 雖然維基社群希望編輯在維基上進行，但是如果能幫助團隊工作愉快，用其他平臺也沒什麼不好
+ *No conflict of edit is nice to make collaborative edit
+ *Off-Wiki platform is more suitable for realtime crowd sourcing, since it will not have conflict of edits. 維基以外的平臺更適合online的協作，因為不會編輯衝突
+ *Intritgue volunteers motivation is the purpose
+ *About 5-6 volunteers who contribute by this method go to edit on the Wikipedia. If we enlighten them in the process of doing this open knowledge project, then we don't need to worry their retention. 很多本來只做翻譯的志工後來都主動地學習維基的操作，如果他們在專案中點燃了熱情，就不用擔心他們無法融入維基

+ *Contribution made by volunteer outside the Wikimedia can not be found in edit history, but we have to record their contribtuion some way. 維基以外的志工貢獻無法在編輯紀錄裡找到，一定要有方法記下他們的貢獻
